Cut It Out

Ever had a date night that you wanted to dress up for but not look to dressy? Well this simple outfit I put together for a night out will due! The jeans and jacket bring the look down, while the blouse and wedges make it look like you tried haha. So the next time you want to dress up casually, is that even the correct phrase, grab some cut out jeans, your leather jacket, and a pair of really cute wedges and call it a day!

Styled Sunday: Blake Lively!

Today's inspiration is from Blake Lively, who I absolutely adore by the way. I took this simple yet very trendy look and recreated it. Of course the main focus of this outfit are those fab printed pants. Floral print is HUGE now as far as trends go. Simply shoe and top to make sure those pants aren't outdone. Great job Blake.

Now Trending: Overalls!

As I'm sure just about most, if not all, of you have seen overalls are making a major comeback and looking better than they did when they first hit the fashion scene. Now you have overall options in just about any style and any material. Some of my favorites are the leather shorts and the skinny leg pant overall. Designers are hopping on the bandwagon and are coming out with collections featuring overalls You sure don't want to miss out on this trend! And if your on a budget, no worries I've seen some for as cheap as $20!

Studded Flats

I would have to say that these are one of my favorite pair of pants to date. They fit almost perfectly but still have a lot of stretch and don't make me feel stuffed. I got these shoes about a year ago and I love them! They're really cute, affordable, and comfortable. One down side though is that they tend to get scuffed easily *sad face* but being that they're a nude color, you can't really see it.

Double Denim

This was the first day that the weather actually allowed, for lack of a better word, for us to wear something other than a sweater and some boots. This has been a brutal winter here in Chicago and any chance I get to wear my flats and a crop top, I'm all in! Had a nice day taking in the warm sun and fresh air.
